I am absolutely devastated to find out that my dear friend, Bobby Murphy died on 12/26/17 and I got no word on this matter. I know his family would have contacted me if they could, but Bobby had serious problems with his iPhones and never kept up with numbers, texts or calls, even though he could talk a cat off a fish wagon when it came to understanding or,dealing with cars, people, or business. To Trevor, his son, and Mimi his wife, both of whom I 've met, I am very saddened to learn that have lost a very dear friend and Marine Brother whom I already miss, and am very mad at myself, and even more saddened that he and I had fallen into our delayed communication routine that has finally cost us and taken its true toll. I love Bobby Murphy, and will carry him in my heart until I leave this Earth. He introduced me to his wonderful and loving mom, and beloved aunt both of whom I came to love and respect from being allowed to share the warmth and love that surrounded these two sisters, who reminded me of my own mother and her sister. My belated condolences to the rest of Bobby'x family, many of whom I dined with at the departure of Bobby's dear mom, several years ago. I hope that the Angel of Peace will come to you and your family to help ease the terrible pain you must be,feeling now. But one thing for sure, even though Bobby is not physically with us now, that dude is somewhere seeking to find out just what he can and cannot do, and we hope it is a place that we can all meet, (or want to do so) some day. Robert Murphy was truly, ONE OF A KIND!
