This note is to express my condolences to the family of Rawley and to share my fond memory of him. I knew Rawley since 1988. Without hesitation Rawly became a union steward. He had a warm caring attitude for his co-workers, the DUI program participants, and the entire MAAC Project organization. Even after both of our retirements, Rawley would occasionally call to reflect on the newest developments at MAAC. I consider myself fortunate to have shared time with Rawley and will miss him greatly.
