Jane, William and the wider Napper family. We are so sorry to hear of Alan's sudden passing. Jeff and I have many fond memories of Alan from our Ruakura and Dexcel days. Underneath his gruff exterior there was a heart of gold and you always knew he would find a way to make things happen and get things done. Sending you lots of Love and Hugs.

It is with great sadness we mourn the passing of Alan.To Jim and I as colleagues at Ruakura he was always a pleasure to talk to. A wise humorous and very decent man. We enjoyed him pulling up outside the gardeners' shed in his black car and sorting the ills of the day to rights.
Our deepest sympathy to Alan's family.
Jim and Dick Coventry.
