DOROTHY A. OSBORNE  
A retired government systems analyst who worked for the National Cancer Institute and The Department of Health, Education and Welfare, passed away on October 17, 2015 in Bel Air, Maryland. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Lieutenant Lindley Murray Osborne, USN. Survivors include her daughters Barbara Kilroy (husband, Edward) and Peggy Hodges (husband, Wayne) and six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. After her retirement from the government, Dorothy worked for Coldwell Banker as a real estate agent. Dorothy graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BA degree in August, 1944. She was quite social and was President of her Chapter of Delta Gamma as well as a class officer. Her greatest achievement was her love of family and friends. She made life better by giving so much to others. We invite all who knew Dorothy Osborne to attend a celebration of her life on Tuesday, March 1 at the Fort Myer Chapel, Hatfield Gate, 2nd Street South, Fort Myer, Virginia 22211 followed by internment at Arlington Cemetery. There will also be a Ceremony of Memories the night before on Monday, February 29 between 7 to 9 p.m. in Maryland Please call for details at 301-367-0468. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Red Cross.
