We will miss Mr. Delmar tremendously. He was a true gentleman, colleague and a friend. He was a dedicated member of the Rockville Nursing Home - Board of Governors and a founding member who also designed and help construct the Rockville Nursing Home in 1977...We will all miss him, my best to Mrs. Delmar and the entire family.

Psalm 90:10 says that the days of our years are 70 years, And if because of special mightiness they are 80 years.
May the memories of the wonderful times you shared together bring a smile and joy in your heart.
