I was so saddened to hear the news of Rusty's passing - I worked with him for many years at the GAO's Traiing Institute -- he was a great team player, a good friend, a great trainer and facilitator and a wonderful person - and fun too! I also remember meeting his lovely daughter working in a store in Bar Harbor, Maine - my thoughts are with you and your family

Rusty was an inspiration. He provided support and confidence when I needed it. We shared many enjoyable moments in the Management group in the Training Institute there. I always enjoyed his dapper style, the straw hats he wore, his pride in his family, his faith, and his work.
