Thinking about Roy passing brings tears to my eyes. Roy was a wonderful man and will be dearly missed by all those who knew him. I first talked with Roy on the Ham Radio in 1984. Roy always gave more than he took. A true giver. I will miss not hearing his voice on the ham radio.

We will certainly miss Roy. Not only was he was he one of the main pillars of GMRA, he also gave much of his time by helping others, and especially by tutoring new hams. If you needed help, Roy was there. Rest In Peace, Roy.

Roy was a fellow ham radio operator, an official with the Green Mountain Repeater Association, and a very good friend. I will dearly miss his long conversations about club business, Ford police cars, and old time TV shows. Roy, keep an eye on us from heaven, and make sure we are "keeping the books straight!"
