Louis was just a great supporter of the Histroy of the 100th and the Terrible Termite Crew. With the loss of both him and Bill Terminello, our hearts are saddened beyond belief. I had always seen Louis at the the Combat Crewman and Wingman meetings and purchased his GREAT book on his Crew. Use it a lot for research. He was such a kind person who always was happy to see you. Our sincere condolances to the Family. Guess Rosie Rosenthal needed his lead crew with him up in Heaven.

Dear Grace, Louie, Gracemarie, John, and Paul,
Please accept my condolences on the passing of Louie. I have not kept in touch for a very long time but have remembered you all with love during that time. Louie was so good to my family and to me. I have thought of him and all of you of ten over the years. May God bless and keep you. Lov e, Betty Charles Ainsley

Grandpa, you made my child hood and adult hood feel very happy with your love, teachings, art and support. You always came thru transporting me to schools and little league baseball practice when i did not have my first car yet.Your several hours of throwing me baseball pitches to hit or catch in the back yard did feel good. When i needed to borrow money you compassionately helped me with that also.Im very proud of you for serving bravely in world war 2 up in the sky as a b52 air plane gunner and you being earned your different military ranks and medals.I shared many touching laughs and excitement with you and grandma from the hundreds of movies i brought over to watch at your house hold. The final year of your life i still wanted to see you but i understand the illness you were dealing with made it so i cant.I will keep you as a special part of my memories and be grateful for the time i had with you.Miss you grampy with love always, your grand son phil.
