Loretta Yeager
Wisconsin Rapids - Loretta M. Yeager, age 95, of Bloomington MN, formerly of the Town of Saratoga and Wisconsin Rapids, died Sunday, January 7, 2018, at the Minnesota Masonic Home in Bloomington.
Per Loretta's wishes, there will be no service or visitation. Burial will be at a later date at Green Hill Cemetery. Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home of Nekoosa is assisting the family. Online condolences may be expressed at ritchayfuneralhome.com.
Loretta was born on August 8, 1921, in Pittsville WI, to Lindore and Rosalie (Greiner) Heuer. She married George Yeager on October 19, 1946, in Wisconsin Rapids. Loretta worked at Super Value on 8th Street in Rapids in the 1960s and 1970s. She and her husband George lived in Saratoga, in a home that George built, during the last 40 years of their 68-year marriage. Loretta had many talents and interests, and more than anything else, she loved dogs, providing a forever home for 8 dogs during her lifetime.
She is survived by 2 children, Samuel (Anita) Yeager of Nekoosa and Laurel (Ken) Nelson of Bloomington; 3 grandchildren, Andrew (Tricia) and Heather Yeager, and Annamarie Nelson (Sean Kidd); 2 great grandchildren, Olivia and Ben Yeager.
Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, George, and 1 brother, Robert Heuer, Sr.
