I never met a man who cared for the associates, customers, and Home Depot more than this man. He always had a good word for all and loved what he did. Whether it be work, fire rescue, cook, or sharing his hobbies with you. I truly loved this man and admired all he did for everyone. May we all take a lesson from his life and put it into practice in our own lives. Barb, we met once and I'm grateful that you shared this wonderful man with so many people. My sincere condolences to you and your family. Lots of love to you and your family

When my son passed away 3 1/2 years ago I was at work when I got the news. Grant stayed with me. He made sure no one came into the training room. He comforted me until my husband arrived. He was the best of the best and will be sadly missed. Dance with the angels Grant until you see your loved ones again. My deepest sympathies Diana a friend from the Home Depot

There isn't anyone that I know that you didn't touch their lives in some way, you were always a good friend and although we will miss you smile, we will go on and celebrate the man that touched us all. Grant was one of the best managers I have ever worked for! He would always say hi and would make an effort to see how I was. He genuinely cared and was always helping someone. I felt like Grant knew everything and no matter when I called him he would pick up or call me back. I'm going to miss him so much!

Grant was my brother-in-law and i couldn't have asked for a better partner for my sister-he was a good husband, father and a good brother to me...and most importantly a VERY GOOD MAN. If one can be judged by the company you keep and the friends you have, Grant couldn't have been any better. I wish he wasn't gone, there was still so much left for him to enjoy. Rest in peace brother.
