Geraldeane and family moved onto my street the summer before our third grade. I remember many fond memories of playing at her house growing up. We have remained special friends through out the years. I will miss her kind, gentle spirit. Judy Johnson Burnside

I was fortunate to get to know Dina through bringing her books from the library. I always looked forward to our visits and I am lucky to have known her. She helped me through a particularly rough time in my life recently for which I'm forever thankful. She will be missed! David Monypeny

Miss Knox was my teacher at O. L. Carlisle. She taught kids how to sing as she played the piano, we learned and sang songs about our country, we performed holiday specials. She used her piano and music to open our minds to learn in school math, reading, writing, language, and science. She had an impact in my life. Ms. Knox never meet a stranger and she greeted them with this smile that you see in her photograph. I didn't know it then but I knew it later she had Joy that only God can bring into your life.. I looked forward to each school day. I was blessed that she was my teacher. I will never forget her
