Alice Briscoe Death Notices
The death has occurred of Alice (Anastasia) Briscoe nee Donohue, Muingbaun, Ballycrissane, Ballinasloe, Galway formerly of Kilmeen, Loughrea.
Alice completed her life's journey peacefully in Portiuncula hospital surrounded by her loving family on 24th August 2025.
Predeceased by her parents Margaret and Patrick Donohue and her infant twin brother and sister Michael and Carmel.
Alice will be sadly missed by her adoring husband Seanie, sisters Maura and Margaret, brothers Sean, Gerry and Noel, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and her many many friends including those in Portumna Retirement Village.
May her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at St. Joseph's Centre, Killimor (H53 YD36) on Tuesday 26th August from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral cortège will arrive to St. Joseph's Church, Killimor on Wednesday 27th August for Mass at 12 noon. Funeral will continue to Killimor old cemetery after mass where Alice will be laid to rest.
An online condolence book has been opened in Alice's memory. Family and friends are invited to leave messages of condolence for the family if they wish.
