MELLET Ann - Mochara, Shrule, Co Mayo/ Clonbur, Co Galway Ann's husband Michael , her son Jonathan , Daughter In law Marie, mother-in-law Bridie Mellett together with her sisters, brothers and extended family would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathized with them on their recent great loss. We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbors and well-wishers who visited our home, attended Ann's removal service and attended her Funeral mass and provided us with emotional and practical support during this difficult time. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances from abroad and across Ireland, sent floral Tributes, cards and messages of condolences we are forever grateful to you all. To the Doctors, Nurses and staff of St Teresa's ward In GUH who were so kind caring and facilitating to us as a family during Ann's final days we are forever indebted to your kindness. We would also like to thank the staff on St Dominic's ward and St Joseph's ward who cared for Ann during her Illness. We would like to thank the oncology team in GUH, Prof Paul Donnellan and his team and the staff of the Oncology day ward and the staff of Unit 1 Merlin Park who provided Ann with such kindness and care all through her illness. Again we will be forever indebted to your kindness to her and to us. We would like to thank Dr Michael Regan Cong and his team for the kindness shown to Ann, we are forever grateful. A word of thanks also to the Community Public Health Nursing team who called to Ann regularly to attend to her needs whilst at home. Also to Jarlath and the staff of Total Health Pharmacy Headford thanks for all your help during Ann's Illness, we really appreciate it. We are very thankful to those who part took in Ann's funeral Service in Shrule Church, for readings prayers and music, the preparation of the church and the gravediggers who made Ann's final resting place so special .In particular we wish to thank Fr Vivian Loughrey who attended to Ann's religious needs over the years and for the beautiful Mass he officiated over in Shrule on the day of her burial and the prayers in her home. We want to thank also all the clergy who attended on both days of Ann's funeral. We wish to thank the Undertaker Rory Craddock Shrule for his help and support in organising the funeral for Ann and for his attention to detail in preparing the arrangements for Ann's funeral. We are forever grateful Rory to you for your help We would also like to thank Frank Heneghan and his staff in The Anglers Rest Hotel Headford for preparing such a lovely meal for us after Ann's burial. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy sacrifice of the mass has been offered for all your intentions. Ann's Month Mind Mass Will be held in Glencorrib church on Saturday 23rd August 2025 at 5 pm
