CATHERINE FAHY

FAHY Catherine (Kitty) Fahy, Corbally South, Cummer, Tuam, Co. Galway, and of Arus Mhuire Nursing Home, Tuam, who died on 27th March, 2011. We the family of the late Kitty Fahy wish to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all of those who sympathised and supported us during our recent bereavement. A sincere word of thanks to those who travelled long distances, attended Kitty's removal and funeral Mass. Our thanks to Fr. Paddy Mullins for his help and kindness and his lovely Mass and homily. Thank you to the Eucharistic Minister, the choir, Mass servers and a big thank you to Caroline McDonagh and Johnny Carroll for their professional and kind manner and arranging of the missalettes. A sincere thanks to Christy and Mary Burns Undertakers for all the help, for the sensitive manner in which they took care of Kitty's funeral arrangements and to the gravediggers Frank and Pat Spellman, Sean and Mattie Hughes, Denis Burke and Edward Moggan who prepared Kitty's final resting place. To the Matron, staff, retired staff and residents of Arus Mhuire, Nursing Home, Tuam, we would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for their friendship, respect and loving care shown towards Kitty throughout her time in Arus Mhuire. Kitty's wish was to spend her last night in Arus Mhuire where, thanks to Fr. Ray Flaherty and the choir, we had a lovely Mass in Kitty's honour. A lovely gesture was made by some residents and staff of Arus Mhuire with a guard of honour as Kitty left for her journey from where she called home for the last 17 years, to repose at St. Colman's Room adjoining St. Colman's Church, Corofin. It would be impossible to thank everyone individually so we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Kitty's Months Mind Mass. Will be offered on Easter Saturday Night 23rd April 2011 in St. Colman's Church, Corofin at 9 p.m.
