Eileen FLANNERY Death Notices

FLANNERY, Eileen (née O'Sullivan) - 14 Ard Aoibhinn, Athenry, Co. Galway and formally of the Thatch Pub Headford and Ealing London, passed away peacefully on 29th August with her family by her side. Seanie Flannery, his daughter Siobhan and son Sean and their families wish to extend heartfelt gratitude and thanks to those who supported and helped them in the loss of their beloved Wife, Mom and Nanny, Eileen. We are truly grateful to our family, friends and neighbours for the support shown to us during this time. To all who called to the house, provided beautiful meals and food, telephoned, sent Mass/sympathy cards and flowers, messages and on RIP.ie, attended the removal and funeral Mass and supported us to celebrate Eileen's life, your kindness and support did mean so much to us all. We wish to extend a sincere thank you to Fr. Charlie McDonnell and his team St. Mary's Parish Athenry Church and Office, Fr Charlie you guidance and support was exceptional, Michael John and Siobhan Quinn's Funeral Directors, Maeve Kilkelly Music, nephews who so greatly supported us and carefully carried Eileen's Coffin on her journey, the grave digger who prepared Eileen's resting place and graveside singers who beautifully completed the services and to the Raheen Woods Management and Staff, your support was so expertly and appropriately given and was truly felt and appreciated over the difficult days. It's impossible to thank everyone and show our appreciation and gratitude for all the support we received, please accept this acknowledgement. Eileen's Months Mind Mass Takes place on Saturday 11th October at 6.30pm Athenry Church.
