O'ROURKE, John Rockvale, Boston, Tubber, Co. Clare who passed away on Saturday 30th June 2018 John's wife Lila, his son Cathal, daughter Emer and extended family would like to express our sincere appreciation to all who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement. We would like to extend our gratitude to all our very good neighbours and friends who gave us so much support; those who attended the funeral and the funeral Mass and those who phoned, called to our house, sent Mass cards and messages of sympathy and those who travelled long distances to be with us.Our sincere appreciation to O'Donnell Undertakers, Crusheen for their sensitive and professional handling of the arrangements. A special thanks to Fr. Seamus Nohilly for his help in arranging the funeral and to Canon Thomas Marrinan and Fr. Pat O'Neill for concelebrating the Mass. A special gratitude to the choir of the Church and to the organist Nicola Cahill for the beautiful music. We would like to extend our deepest appreciation to the grave-diggers who prepared John's last resting place. We are also grateful to Michael O'Donoghue for his help during the week of the funeral. Sincere thanks to the Guards of Honour from his many friends in Fianna Fail and Tubber G.A.A. We would also like to thank the Lady Gregory Hotel for the lovely meal after the funeral. To all who cared for John, in particular Dr. Brian Jennings and to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Galway Clinic, we offer you our sincere gratitude. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this as a token of sincere gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of Mass will be offered for your intentions. Month's Mind Mass Sunday 5th August at 10am in All Saints Church, Boston, Tubber, Co. Clare.
