Johnny Mahony Memoriam

MAHONY, Johnny, Late of Moyleen, Loughrea (First Anniversary) In loving memory of a dear husband, father, brother and grandad who passed away peacefully on April 22nd 2024. Husband Don't weep at my grave, for I am not there. I've a date with a butterfly to dance in the air. I'll be singing in the sunshine, wild and free, playing tag with the wind, while I'm waiting for thee. So live with a smile, let your heart stay bright, For my love walks beside you, just out of sight. Till we meet again, where the stars kiss the sea- I'll be there, my darling, waiting for thee. Missing you always, Nancy. Daddy Our father kept a garden, a garden of the heart. He planted all good things that gave our lives a start. He turned us to the sunshine, the seeds of what we'll be. His constant good example taught us right from wrong, markers for a pathway that will last a lifetime long. We are our father's garden. We are his legacy. From your loving daughters and son, Patricia, Caroline, Seán and Ann. Grandad Johnny We miss you, dear Johnny, sitting in your chair, Your stories, your laughter, the love in your stare. We miss your jokes, your warm-hearted ways, The joy you brought to all of our days. We miss your kindness, the twinkle in your eye, The coins from your pocket, as we passed by. We miss your smile, that comforting light- A beacon of warmth, forever bright. Though you're gone, you're never far- You live in our hearts, our guiding star. We'll never forget you, dear Johnny, it's true. Our love lives on - and so do you. From your adored grandkids, Jack, James, Christopher, Patrick, John, Oisín, Liam, Patrick and Eve. First Anniversary Mass Tuesday 22nd April at 8pm St. Brendan's Cathedral, Loughrea.
