Maura O'Donnell Death Notices
The death has occurred of Maura O'Donnell nee Nic Dhonnacha, late of Rockbarton Park, Salthill, Galway formerly of Ros a'Mhíl, Baile na hAbhann, Co. na Gaillimhe.

Maura passed away peacefully on Sunday the 20th of July 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Padraic, parents Peaitín and Mary, sisters Anna, Noreen, Máiread, Maria and Deirdre, brothers Darach, Antoine and Pádraig.
Much loved mother of Ciarán, John, Máire, Eda and Siobhán and grandmother to Cian, Fionn, Alannah, Sean, Conor, Cillian, Padraic, Christina, Olivia and Harry.
She will be greatly missed by her family, her sisters Sarah, Bríd and Bernie, brother Micheál, daughters in-law Geraldine and Cora, sons in-law Norman and Iain, brother-in-law Sean, sister-in-law Lynn, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Irwin's Funeral Home, Bóthar Irwin, Galway (H91 CK84) on Monday the 21st of July from 6pm to 7.30pm. Requiem Mass for Maura will take place on Tuesday the 22nd of July at 11:00am in St. Ignatius' Church, Sea Road, Galway (H91 Y544). Private Cremation to follow at Shannon Crematorium, Co. Clare.

Parking: There is ample parking available at The Corrib Shopping Centre Multi-Story Car Park (H91 DP6R), which is only 2 minutes walk to/from the funeral home. The entrance to the car park is from Bóthar Na mBan. Please note that this car park will close at 7pm on Monday evening.
