BRODY PATRICK (Paddy)Annagh, Gort, Co. Galway. The Glennon, Brody and extended families wish to acknowledge the many kind expressions of sympathy shown to them following Paddy's death at UHG on the 7th August, 2022. Heartfelt thanks to all who attended the removal, funeral Mass and burial; travelled long distances, sent Mass Cards, messages of sympathy and offered support. Your thoughtfulness is much appreciated. Thanks to Fr. Frank Larkin for celebrating the Requiem Mass and for his kind and personal approach; to his concelebrant, Fr. Iomar Daniels and to Fr. Roche who attended the removal. Thanks also to Fr. Sean O'Flaherty who celebrated Mass at his place of residence. Our sincere thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at UHG; Dr. Piggott, Gort; District Nurses and devoted Homecare Team. We are grateful to Michael, Bernadette and Fionnuala for the beautiful music and singing which lent so much to the ceremony. Thanks to our readers and all who participated in the Mass. We would also like to thank Paddy's friends and neighbours who visited and offered support; to the Proprietor of Centra who delivered his groceries at short notice; to the staff at Gilmartin's Pharmacy. Sincere thanks also to the Gort Garda Siochana for their vigilance and assistance especially during the early days of Covid. Thank you to Ann McCarthy and staff for your hospitality.Special thanks to the gravediggers who prepared Paddy's resting place with such care and attention. Paddy would surely say "that'll be grand" As it would not be possible to thank everybody individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to you all.
