Patrick Corbett Death Notices
The death has occurred of Patrick Corbett and formerly of Costello Road, Shantalla, Galway / Ballybane, Galway
On Thursday 20th November 2025, Patrick passed away following a brief illness receiving wonderful care at University Hospital, Galway. He was lovingly cared for until the very end, never left alone, and died with his brothers, children and grandchildren by his side. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Mary and his sister Anne.
He was immensely proud of all his family and is deeply mourned by his sons Kenneth and Nigel, daughters Vicky, Nicola and Olga, brothers, Michael and John, daughter-in-law Victoria, grandchildren Zara,Mark, Malcolm, Adam, Stephanie, Ava, Kyle, Nigel Jnr., and his two great grandchildren Casey and Kai. He will be sadly missed by the extended Corbett family, lovely neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements
Sunday 23rd November 2025
Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue (H91V1K8) from 5.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. No removal to the Church this evening.
Monday 24th November 2025
Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Patrick at St. Joseph's Church, Presentation Road on arrival at 11.00 a.m. Following Mass he will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery. Mass will be live streamed. See the link for Mass below.

Please approach the funeral parlour entrance on foot from Fr. Burke Park. Street parking may be available on Fr. Griffin Road, within Claddagh, on Henry Street and Sea Road. Parking may be scarce on Munster Avenue.
Car Parks within walking distance: Claddagh Church, Spanish Arch and Mill Street which is adjacent to the Garda Station.
