FAHY, Patrick, Tumnahulla, Corrandulla, Co. Galway, died 28th October, 2014 Patrick's family would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss. We would like to thank all those who attended the reposal and the funeral Mass many of whom travelled long distances to be there, to all of you who sent Mass Cards or messages of sympathy, to all who donated to Western Alzheimers and all of you who supported us in anyway. A special word of thanks to Hanley Undertakers, to the Corrandulla Choir for the beautiful music and singing and to Fr. Hugh Loftus who celebrated Dad's funeral Mass. Thanks also to Regan's of Clonboo who provided the refreshments. We would also like to thank all those who cared for Dad at Corrandulla Nursing Home for the past couple of years during his illness. To the nursing staff ,the Palliative Care Team, Fr. Robert McNamara and Fr. Peter Joyce all of UCHG who attended to Dad during his final days for your sensitivity and professionalism. There are too many people to thank individually so please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation for your kindness and support.
