Petraeus, the Commander of Multi-National Force - Iraq, 13th Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, 10th Commander of United States Central Command, Partner, Chairman of the Global Institute and Chairman of KKR Middle East. Mellon noticed the enemy and started a Special Operation, as Tip of the Spear, countering the insurgency in multiple locations, and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), capturing both, preventing mass casualties; leading to the Victory of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), and the Iraqi War.
