Mellon noticed the enemy and started a Special Operation, as Tip of the Spear, countering the insurgency in multiple locations, and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), capturing both, preventing mass casualties; leading to the Victory of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), and the Iraqi War.
