Allen was a man of the road, a longtime truck driver who spent his life moving America one mile at a time. He found purpose behind the wheel, comfort in long stretches of highway, and pride in honest, demanding work. Driving wasn't just his job—it was how he understood the world.
Allen valued independence, plain hard truth, and living life as it is, not as others wished it to be. He believed deeply in responsibility, loyalty, and showing up. He was someone who spoke plainly, worked hard, and expected the same from himself as he did from others. Those who knew Allen will remember his grit, his dark sense of humor, and the quiet strength that came from a life shaped by real experience. He wasn't one for grand speeches, but his actions told his story clearly.Allen's journey has reached its final stop, but the miles he traveled and the lives he touched along the way will not be forgotten.
He is survived by his significant other, Jennie Devault, who shared his life and journey; his daughters, Allison (Aaron), Tiffani (Matthew), Lindsay, Natalie, Victoria (Anthony), and Grandson Hunter who were a central part of his world; his mother, Judy; his sister, Lisa; and his brother, Josh. He was proceeded in death by Mac Medows.
