Amy Agin Weinhofer

Amy Agin Weinhofer, 58, passed away on January 18, 2026 in Clearwater FL.

Born in Trenton NJ, Amy was the daughter of the late Bill and Mary Agin. Wife of the late Charles Weinhofer. Friend of the late Karen Davis. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Autumn Agin. Sister, Maggie Rogers and brother-in-law Dave. Brother, Bill Agin and sister-in-law Evelyn. Nephew, David Rogers III and wife Kristin. Niece, Katie Swangler and husband Alec. Great nieces, Maci and Everly Rogers. Her beloved dog Rosie and cat Mr. Giles. Her dear friends, Kim, Lisa, Lydia, Chris & Irene and cousin Ann. And many, many other family and friends who will miss her dearly.

Amy worked in the newspaper industry. She brought her talents to the Trentonian, North Jersey Media Group, and the Burlington Free Press in Vermont. Amy was an avid reader, loved to travel, was a huge friend to the environment and made friends wherever she went. When she moved to Florida, she became a Guardian Ad Litem for the foster care system. It was her privilege to help foster children and make their lives a little bit better. After moving to Florida, Amy became a Kundalini yoga teacher. It was one of her joys in life to teach yoga to others.

The world became a little less bright when Amy passed away. In her memory, I ask that we all try to be a little bit kinder. Amy was the type of person who would always give someone a smile, a compliment, encouragement, anything to make a connection. That was one of her gifts and she used it to bless many people. So when you are out and about, in honor of Amy, take a moment to smile at someone, say hello, or do an act of kindness. That is the best way we can honor her and keep her in our hearts.

Amy, may the long time sun shine upon you, all love surround you, and the pure light within you, guide your way on. Sat Nam.
