Andrea Carol Johnston

Our sunshine was taken from us too soon. Andrea Carol (Penrod, Hobbs) Johnston 59, resident of Lakewood, CO passed from a battle with A.L.S. on January 31st, 2026 in Wheat Ridge, CO. Andrea was born in Muncie IN, April 11th, 1966 and traversed Indiana and Illinois residences before graduating high school in Winchester, IN in 1984. Andrea received her undergraduate degree in 1989 and her Master of Science in 1993 from Ball State University. Andrea leaves behind her children Andrew (Kasi) Hobbs with grandchildren Zoey and Conner, Ethan Johnston, and Molly Johnston; parents Carolyn Penrod & Andrew Penrod; siblings Drew (Laurel) Penrod, Sarah (Josh) Kailin, Sandra (Justin) Borders and Kathy (Marc) Uknis, and a 'sister from another mother' Lisa Bleiler (Ryan Corlew). Uncles, aunts, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends will remember her kindness, and how she loved well without expecting anything in return.
