Anthony Earl Hackett Jr.

Anthony Earl Hackett Jr. was born December 30, 1982, in Merrillville, Indiana to Cathy Vlamos and Anthony Earl Hackett Sr.
He attended Wirt High School but obtained his GED while incarcerated at Indiana State Prison.
After being released from the Indiana State Prison Anthony relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana where he worked several jobs with his last job being a Forklift Driver for a Steel Manufacturer.
On Monday, January 19,2026 Anthony passed away in Indianapolis, Indiana. He Is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Frank (Josephine) Lucio, paternal grandmother Loela Watts and God mother Sonia "Neecy" Elder.
Anthony leaves behind his loving his children, Deja Hackett, Damarius Hackett, King Anthony Hackett, Anisa Hackett, and Nameriah Hackett, mother, Cathy Vlamos; father, Anthony Hackett Sr.; sister, Marie Hackett; nieces, Alasia Smith and Mary Hackett; nephew, Artemisio Hackett; his god-nieces, Kimberlee Harton and RaeDawn Kimbrough; great-nephews, Matthias and Martaevias, great-niece, Marieona, uncle Richard Hackett, aunt Darlene Hackett, childhood friends, Poo, Arcine, Squirm G, and Lil Nard and a host of other relatives and friends whose lives he touched. Visitation Friday, January 30,2026 from 9:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. with funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. All services at the Guy & Allen Chapel 2959 West 11th Avenue.
