Antonio M. Rocha ("Tony"), beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, died unexpectedly following a tragic motor vehicle accident in West Virginia on September 28, 2025. He was the CEO of CrafTech Computer Solutions, Inc. which he founded in Media, Pennsylvania in 1990. Born in Paranhos da Beira, Portugal, Tony lived and worked for several years as a coffee exporter in central Africa before coming to the U.S. in 1983. Always resourceful, with a bright mind, impressive mechanical talent, and a gift for languages, he completed coursework in computer technology at the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology before launching into the world of computer services in the late 1980s. Over the course of 35 years, Tony grew CrafTech from an idea into a thriving business with clients across the country.
An active cyclist earlier in life, his passion for two-wheeled travel led him to the motorcycle in recent years. He and his beloved wife, Aleksandra, loved to travel and tour on his "tukutuku," a word for motorcycle he borrowed from his time speaking Lingala in Africa. At home and at their cabin, he and Alex loved to host social gatherings where he would show off his incredible cooking skills for friends and family. He is remembered for his goodness, his food, his humor, and his boundless energy.
Beyond his many friends and business colleagues, Tony leaves behind his heartbroken extended family in the U.S., Portugal, and Poland: Aleksandra Wiktor (wife); Daniel and Heather Rocha (son/daughter-in-law); Amy Rocha and Sean Moir (daughter/son-in-law); Nathan and Evan Rocha (grandsons); Brenda Finucane (ex-wife); the extended Finucane family; Alberto Rocha and Aida Costa (brother/sister-in-law); Armanda Rocha (sister); Sílvia Rocha (niece); Ana Cristina Rocha (niece); Filipe Silva (nephew); Paula Silva (niece); Filipa Fontes (great niece); Jadwiga Wiktor (mother-in-law); Jacek Wiktor (father-in-law); Bartosz, Anna, Borys, and Leon Wiktor (brother-in-law and family).
