Arlene Maggiorini

In loving memory of Arlene Marie Maggiorini, age 89, who passed away peacefully on February 23, 2026, in Bakersfield, California. Born on December 27, 1936, in Weed, California to Joe and Mary Nani. Her family moved to Bakersfield when she was nine years old.

Arlene was the co-owner and operator of City Transfer & Storage, a business she ran alongside her husband, Robert "Bob" Maggiorini, for 50 years, retiring in 2008. Their shared dedication and hard work left a lasting legacy.

Arlene is survived by her son, Robert Maggiorini Jr. and his wife Kari Maggiorini; her daughters, Susan Maggiorini and her husband Alan Daniels, Lynn Eyherabide and her husband Steve Eyherabide. She was a proud grandmother to David Daniels and Rebecca Daniels; Christina Daniels and Daniel Beard; Catherine Davis and Nicholas Davis; Stephen Eyherabide and Summer Eyherabide; great-granddaughter, Diana Beard.

Arlene was predeceased by her beloved husband Bob and her sister Lucine Ariey. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother whose warmth touched all who knew her.

May Arlene’s memory bring comfort to those who loved her. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on March 6, 2026, at 01:30 PM at St Francis Catholic Church 900 H St. Interment to follow at Union Cemetery, 730 Potomac Ave, Bakersfield, CA 93307.
