Arlene Marie Woodsford

Arlene Marie Woodsford, 77, of Peoria, AZ, passed away on November 30, 2025. Born on May 24, 1948 in Hamtramck, MI, Arlene was a cherished figure in her community and a beacon of love and strength in her family.
Arlene led a passionate career in customer service, where she dedicated herself to helping others with warmth and understanding. Her approach to life was marked by her unique dual personality: the sweet, loving Arlene and her spirited alter ego, Enelra. This blend of kindness and tenacity made her a memorable individual to all who knew her.
She was a beloved wife to her husband, John, and a nurturing mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Arlene is survived by her siblings, Gloria, Bernie, and Art; her grandson, Ryan; and great-grandsons, Hunter and Forest. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Dorothy; brothers, Dennis and Ron; and daughter, Michelle.
Arlene's love for travel was confined to road trips due to her aversion to sea and air travel, having visited nearly every state in the U.S. She was also an excellent cook, often delighting her family and friends with her culinary skills.
The family wishes to express their gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this time. Services for Arlene are to be determined. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association and Lymphoma Research Foundation, honoring Arlene's compassionate spirit.
