Arnold “Arnie” Rosen passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side on Saturday, February 21, 2026, in Delray Beach, Florida. He was 95 years old.
Arnie was born in 1930 in Brooklyn, NY where he met Faye Reis, the love of his life and devoted wife of 71 years. Their partnership was a true testament to enduring love and deep family commitment.
Following his service in the United States Army after the Korean War, Arnie built a meaningful career as an urban planner in New York City. He approached his work with intelligence, integrity, and a desire to help shape vibrant communities. After retirement, Arnie divided his time between Delray Beach, Florida and New City, NY.
Arnie held a deep and abiding passion for Israel and cherished his connections with family members there. Ever curious, Arnie traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia and delighted in many cruises through the Caribbean.
Above all, Arnie’s proudest and most cherished role was that of father. He is survived by his beloved wife, Faye, and their five children: Susan Bloom (Steven), David Vardi, Larry Rosen (Jill), Robert Rosen (Dina), and Keren Bressner (d. Andy). He was predeceased by his brothers, Mully and Dov; his sister, Annette; his grandson, Jacob; and his son-in-law, Andrew.
Arnie also leaves behind his treasured grandchildren—Toby, Max, Talia, Emily, Dani, Noah, Gal, Mikaela, Samara, and Jessica—and his adored great-grandchildren, Arlo, Maude, and Ava. His legacy of love, wisdom, curiosity, and devotion to family will live on through each of them.
Arnie will be remembered for his sharp mind, deep love of family, and unwavering commitment to the people and values he held dear. He will be profoundly missed and forever loved.
