Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, Barbara Helen McNally, 87, of Houston, Texas passed away peacefully on November 12, 2025. Barbara, the only child of George Washington "Marvin" and Helen Louise Spradley was born on February 5, 1938, in Nacogdoches, Texas. She graduated from San Jacinto High School, 1956, in Houston, Texas. In her early years, she turned heads as a model. Barbara was an enthusiastic and longtime member of Beta Sigma Phi. A woman of extraordinary talent. She expressed herself beautifully through oil painting, designing boho-chic women's clothing, jewelry and crafted breathtaking floral arrangements. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas A. McNally, and her son, Steven R. Keyworth. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Deborah L. LaRue, and two sons, Christopher M. Henshaw and Kelly W. Keyworth. She was a loving grandmother to her 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Her legacy of love, creativity and kindness will live on in each of their lives. Barbara was a radiant soul whose warmth, creativity, and infectious smile touched countless lives, and left a sparkle wherever she went. A celebration of Barbara's remarkable life will be held on December 20, 2025. In lieu of flowers, the suggests planting something beautiful in her memory; she would love that.
