Belinda Cox Coughlin, age 58, of Aransas Pass, Texas, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026 after her battle with lung cancer. She was born March 21, 1968 in Long Beach, California to Charles L. Cox, Jr. and Vivian Cox. She was the oldest of four daughters.
She is survived by her father, Charles L. Cox, Jr. of San Antonio, Tx.; mother, Vivian Cox of Meridian, Ms.; son, Eric Coughlin (Tristen) of San Antonio; daughter, Taylor Coughlin of Niceville, Fl; her sister, Tammy Winter (Bruce); sister, Sherry Bohl (Ronnie); sister, Charlene Pratt (James); grandchildren, Kallie, Sawyer, Finn, Archer, Xavier, Kyren & Raymond; nieces and nephews, Mariah, Skyler, Nikki, Abby, James and Kyle.
She was preceded in death by her son Raymond Olivarez, III.
She was raised in Aransas Pass, Texas, and was a graduate of Aransas Pass High School. She raised her family in Niceville, Florida before returning to Aransas Pass. She enjoyed her family, grandchildren, and friends, gardening, seafood cookouts and watching the Cowboys. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, and kind and loving heart.
