Beverly Geraldine Fehlberg (née Douglas), age 92, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2026, in Mesa, Arizona. Surrounded by her family and strengthened by her unwavering faith in Jesus Christ, Beverly departed this life with grace and serenity.
Born on March 12, 1933, in Weldona, Colorado, Beverly was the daughter of a close-knit family and grew up alongside her brothers Everett, Richard, Merlin, and Harold Douglas. Her early years in Colorado laid the foundation for a life marked by devotion—to her faith, her family, and her community.
Beverly’s Christian faith was the cornerstone of her life. It guided her actions, shaped her decisions, and inspired the many relationships she nurtured throughout the years. She found deep comfort and purpose in prayer and worship and lived each day with a steadfast belief in God’s love. Her commitment to service was evident in every chapter of her life. She served faithfully as a church secretary for many years and remained active in church ministries across various communities and roles. Whether offering support behind the scenes or stepping forward to lead when needed, Beverly gave generously of her time and spirit.
Her favorite pastimes reflected both her gentle nature and spiritual devotion. She found joy attending church services and Bible studies, often immersing herself in scripture and fellowship. At home, she enjoyed needlepoint—a quiet craft that mirrored her patience—and spent peaceful hours watching religious television programs and classic westerns.
She is survived by her loving children: son Greg ,daughters Cheryl and Theresa. Her legacy continues through six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews who carry forward the values she instilled—faithfulness, kindness, resilience, and love.
Beverly was preceded in death by her beloved husband Charles; and by her brothers Everett , Richard , Merlin , and Harold.
A woman of quiet strength and enduring faith, Beverly touched countless lives through simple acts of kindness and steadfast devotion. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
May her memory bring comfort to all who loved her.
