Blanche Chany Norman (Triplett) passed away on December 18, 2025, surrounded by family. She was born on January 17, 1958, in Bani Pangasinan, Philippines, to Jackie Lynn Triplett Sr. and Jovita Triplett (Veloso). Blanche was just a young child when her mother passed away. Her father, Jackie, remarried, and she was raised by Jackie and Rosario (Cortez), who both preceded her in death.
Blanche is survived by her two children, Chany Hamilton (husband Kekoa) and David Triplett, along with her grandchildren, Jordan, Burgandi, and Joshua, and her great-grandson, Trey.
She is also survived by her siblings: Donna Jean Ferony (husband Mike), Sandra Dee Triplett, Jackie Lynn Triplett Jr. (wife Gilda), Dean Triplett (wife Kornelia), and Mary Russell (husband Steve), many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly, and her sweetheart Richard Ramsey.
Blanche faced many challenges in her life, yet she carried a carefree spirit and found joy in the simple things; she loved music, fashion, and animals. She enjoyed drawing, and found comfort and expression in writing. She will always be remembered for her sweet nature, her creativity, and the unique way she experienced life.
She will be deeply missed, but she is now at peace, reunited in heaven with her parents and held in God's eternal care.
A celebration of life will be held in Olympia, Washington, in the spring of 2026. Details will be shared at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites those to consider Behavioral Health Resources in Olympia Washington, an organization that helped to support Blanche.
