Bridget A. Fischer "BG" (nee McGuire)
Age 62. Passed away surrounded with love to meet her heavenly father on January 31st, 2026.
Beloved companion of Michael Fischer, dear sister of Jerilyn Hohenfeldt, Kenny (Lynn) McGuire, Nancy (John Koronkowski) McGuire and Gail "Buzz" McGuire. Cherished friend of Rick Fischer. Loved stepdaughter of Janice Aguirre. Aunt, great aunt, niece, cousin and friend to many others. Special aunt to niece, Kayla Nieth.
Preceded in death, by only 15 days, by loving sister Carrie Nieth. Precious mom Mary McGuire, Dad Raoul Aguirre, sister Jackie DiPasquale, brother Bobby McGuire.
Bridget adored animals and was a 'mom' to countless cats and dogs her entire life. They were her whole heart. None were ever turned away. Even through her illness, she managed to care for them, including the birds and squirrels.
Bridget was a hard-working, intelligent, brave and beautiful person. She was generous, kind- hearted with a strong Catholic faith.
She worked for the Milwaukee Archdiocese and made dear friends there.
She loved her home and her very treasured close neighbors.
Bridget was funny and a joy to be around with her razor- sharp wit and hilarious stories. She enjoyed the wonderful Christmases with the family she loved.
Watching Hallmark movies, Columbo episodes and anything about the Great Pyramids of Egypt was her favorite. She especially loved doing this with a diet coke from Mcdonald's and the comforting purr of a kitty on her lap.
Her prayers were said for every stray animal to find a loving home and for her family to always be healthy and happy.
Bridget was taken far too soon. The light of her smile will never be forgotten. Our love for her will never end.
Special thanks to Dr. William Bradley and his team at Froedtert Hospital for their care and compassion.
