Brock Charles Hine

Brock Charles Hine, 64, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on April 13, 2026. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 1962 to William and Ruth (Scott) Hine and grew up as the youngest of four children.
He attended Franklin Central High School before joining the United States military in 1980. A proud veteran, he served 26 years in the Air Force, retiring in 2006. After completing his military service, he continued a career in civil service for the Department of Defense until his retirement in February 2025.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; parents; his brother, Mark Hine; and his nephew, Derek Hine. He is survived by his wife, Kay (Fankhauser) Hine; his children, Shane, Matt, Leah, and Marlo Hine; his brother, Steve Hine; his sister, Terri (Hine) Pomeroy; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
A service will be held on Friday, May 1st at Doxology Bible Church in the Chapel- 4805 Arborlawn Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76109- at 1 P.M. All who knew him are welcome. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation in Brock’s name.
Brock’s family rests in the promise of Christ, believing with full assurance that they will someday be reunited with him in God’s presence.
