Bryan Eugene McCarte of Euless, TX passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026, at the age of 61, after spending a wonderful day surrounded by his closest friends and family.
Bryan was born in Oyster Bay, NY on April 17, 1964 and grew up on Long Island. He graduated from Half Hollow Hills High School East as part of the Class of 1982. Following high school, Bryan moved to New Hampshire, where he spent much of his free time fishing and enjoying life on the lake.
In 1999, he made the move to Texas to be closer to his daughter, where he built a life rooted in connection and community. Bryan spent most of his career in the automotive industry from sales to training before transitioning into real estate, where he found great success. However, beyond his professional accomplishments, nothing brought him more joy than investing in people—building relationships, mentoring others, and leading his beloved Synergy groups.
Though he made Texas his home, Bryan was a New Yorker at heart. He had a deep passion for music and sports, never missing a chance to grab the karaoke mic or tell a joke that would bring an entire room together in laughter. He was a devoted fan of the New York Mets and the New York Jets, cheering them on with unwavering loyalty.
Bryan’s vibrant personality and infectious spirit meant he never met a stranger. He was truly the life of every party and left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. Among his greatest joys was his beloved dog, Namath, who was his constant companion and best friend.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Clarence McCarte and Gloria Mae McCarte.
Bryan is survived by his daughter, Jessica (Benjamin) Whisler, and his beautiful granddaughter, Lilah Madison Whisler of Ypsilanti, MI, who brought immense pride and happiness to his life.
Bryan will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his laughter, his heart for others, and the countless lives he touched.

To honor him we will be having a fellowship and memorial service on Saturday, April 4th from 9:30am-12:00pm at:
Bohemian Bull
1112 W Northwest Hwy
Grapevine, TX 76051
