Banks was a true visual art and cinema enthusiast. He was known for his great sense of humor and love of all Sports.
He loved to talk for hours about all things gaming, movies, and sports. Also he enjoyed taking a drive to explore new things and take pictures of the scenery.
Survived by daughter, Sidney Price, mother Susan Price, aunt Ann Lewis, uncle Charles Hill aunt Susan Hill, cousins Patti and Dan Steven's as well as many other cousins and friends.
