Carla Branson, 69, of Albuquerque, NM passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
She worked at many different locations as a fantastic waitress, and also worked as a driver for automotive machine shop where she met her devoted husband. Her longest career job was as a Pharmacy Technician until her retirement in 2022.
When not working, she loved to bake breads and various desserts for others, as well as attending many types of sporting events to support her children and grandchildren. She was their proudest fan and loudest cheerleader. She traveled to many Sea World parks to see her beloved dolphins.
Carla was the strongest woman many people knew. She fought her way through a number of medical procedures and recoveries but never lost her smile or her loving spirit.
Her proudest accomplishments were her children, grandchildren, and countless friends turned family. She will be greatly missed as she touched many hearts in so many ways throughout her life.
She is survived by her loving husband, Tom Branson, son William (Aimee) Reid, daughter Angela (Shane) Gonzales, son Jeremy Reid; grandchildren Christopher, Aubrianna, Travis, Brandon, Carter, and Easton; sisters Mary C'de Baca and Patti (Rick) Elliott, and brother Larry Allred; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
She is preceded in death by parents Carl and Jean Allred, sisters Barb and Bridie Allred.
