Carolyn Elaine (Price) Block, age 82, of Charles Town, WV passed peacefully on December 16, 2025 at home in Charles Town, WV. Born in Philippi, WV, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Burl and Freda Elaine (Allen) Price; Granddaughter of the late Commodore T and Mary Elizabeth (Shafer) Allen and the late Clarence Gordon and Della Lillian (Cline) Price.
Carolyn is survived by her husband of 22 years, Newell "Fred" Block of Charles Town, WV; her brother Irian G Price of Martinsburg, WV; her children Kimberly A Tsirigos, Beth Elaine Tsirigos, Mark A Tsirigos (Samatha Bergman) and Panagiotis Harry Tsirigos; Grandchildren; Christopher Shimonkevitz (Becky Spaulding), Jessica Ogle (Jon),
Michael Reider II (Jade), Shaun Reider (Amanda), Ashley Sherwood (Michael), Alec Tsirigos, Nicholas Tsirigos, Shelby Bowers (Ryan), Taylor Posada (Antonio), Makenzi Tsirigos Smith (Carson), and Anthony Tsirigos; Great-grandchildren; Porter, Silas, Alice, Nicholas, Tucker, Emmett, Rylee, Aricin, Greyson, Gannon, Jolene and Eden. Nephew; Glen Price; Grand-niece; Emma and Stepdaughters; Gabrielle Burry and Danielle Conover.
A celebration of life will be planned for a future date to be determined.
