Carolyn Mary Langoski Delorenzo

Carolyn (Langoski) DeLorenzo of Kew Gardens, NY passed away at the age of 85, on April 5, 2026.
She was born on October 12, 1940 in New Jersey. As a young woman, she moved to NYC seeking independence, freedom, and adventure.  After a time she fell in love with Joseph, got married, and started a family. Unfortunately, she was widowed with two small children. As a single mother, she moved forward with determination, hard work and quiet courage. 
Though her life was not always easy, she found joy in simple moments. She loved music, animals, shared laughter, beach vacations, and enjoying all that New York City, her chosen and beloved home, has to offer.
She is survived by her two daughters, Lora and Valerie, and son-in-laws Ken and Nick. She leaves a legacy of strength, perseverance and resilience to her four grandsons: Matthew, Daniel, Alexander, and Mason, whom she deeply loved and adored.  She is also survived by her brother Larry, her sister Joan, and many nieces and nephews.
Interment will take place at Christ Church San Marcos in Tarrytown, NY.
