Cathy Beth Hale

Cathy Beth (Moritz) Hale, aged 70, passed away on March 7, 2026, in Fresno, California. Born on November 15, 1955 in New Orleans Louisiana dedicated her life to the nursing profession, proudly earning her LVN and RN licenses, and serving the community at St. Agnes Hospital for 35 years.
Cathy was known for her independent spirit, strength, and unwavering dedication to her job. Her love for her cats Sam, Minky, and Xena, was immense, reflecting her nurturing and caring nature. She was a free spirit who enjoyed traveling to Europe, driving to the California coast, cooking southern food, and playing records. Raised in Placerville, she cherished memories of swimming in the rivers and walking barefoot for miles.
She is survived by her Daughter, Michelle (Charles), Grandsons Kyle (Natalie) and Nathen, Sisters Sheila, Julie, and Linda, and her Longtime friends, LaVerne,Barbara and Vicki. Cathy was preceded in death by her Parents, Clarence and Ella Mae, Brothers Marty and Sonny
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Valley Animal Center, reflecting her love for animals. Cathy's life and legacy will be remembered for her profound dedication to both her family and her profession.
