Celia Jane (Stark) Jeter, 76, of Round Rock, Texas, passed away on January 28, 2026, after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
She was born November 1, 1949 in Bryan, Texas, the daughter of Lawrence and Aileen (Jones) Stark.
Celia graduated from High School in 1967.
Celia had two children Jon and Katie with her former spouse James "Jim" Jeter who preceded her in death September 12, 2024.
Celia was an entrepreneur creating a successful graphic design company as well as creating amazing and realistic pieces of art with pencil, paints, inks and more. She retired from work in the early 80s to dedicate her life to her children and the church. In 2012 she authored the book "For Love of the Truth".
Celia always had a love for the arts, creating and animals. She helped raise and rehabilitate many birds of all varieties over her lifetime. She especially loved her role as a mother and celebrating the word of God. Her entire life she spent countless hours serving the many churches she was a member of, even assisting in building prayer chapels at First Baptist Church and Parkway Baptist Church of College Station, Texas. In her later years she dedicated her life to studying the Bible in depth and interceding for family, friends and the nation.
Celia was a special, caring, loving, funny and selfless woman. The world is less brighter without her and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Remaining to cherish Celia's memory are, son Jonathan "Jon", daughter-in-law Danielle Jeter and daughter Sarah "Katie" Jeter; grandchildren, Kade, Garran and Gunner Jeter; cousins, Cal and Loretta Jones and Lamar Smith; and her found family in Christ, Suzanne Sanders, Karen Jones, and Karen Smith.
Preceding Celia in death are parents, Lawrence "Ed" and Aileen Stark; sister, Sarah Elaine "Lainy Bug" Stark.
