Cheryl McGraw Beutell

Cheryl McGraw Beutell passed away on June 13,2025. She is survived by her husband, Huss M Beutell IV, her son,Nick,her daughter, Mandy Pace,(Eric), grandchildren, Jack and Emmalyn Pace, her sister, Cathy Baskin, brother-in-law ,Mel Baskin,and niece Danielle Sutton. She was born in August 30,1951 in Atlanta, and lived in the Atlanta area her whole life. She attended Southwest High School and graduated from North Springs High School. She was an art major at Georgia State University. Cheryl loved her home and family ,and was an excellent cook and baker. She was an accomplished quilter and enjoyed making quilts as gifts for family and friends. She loved music and gardening, and spent many hours volunteering at her children's schools, almost especially with the Lassiter High School band. Cheryl worked on the hospitality committee there for years,and she and her husband started the annual Christmas tree sale to raise money for the band. She adored her grandchildren,and even with failing health for the last few years of her life, tried to see them as much as possible. She will be greatly missed.
