Chris Andrews

Chris Andrews, 71, of Southington, Connecticut, passed away peacefully at UConn Hospital, surrounded by his family Saturday, March 28th. Chris was a devoted father and grandfather, lovingly known as “Pa” (Papada) by his grandchildren. He is survived by his children, Justin (Melissa), Shauna, Jackie, and Jordan (Melissa), and his grandchildren, Tyler, Caitlyn, Kaylee, Madison, and Makayla. He was predeceased by his parents, Roland and Mary Andrews, and his beloved wife, Karen Andrews.
Chris will be remembered for his strong will, determination, unmistakable humor, and being a catalyst for many stories. He also leaves behind his brother, Gary, his sister, Gayle, and close friends. He was happiest when everyone was together. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors and medical staff who cared for him over the years especially Casey, Dee, Katie, Cam, and Dr. Buss. Services will be held at the convenience of the family, with a celebration of life to be announced.
