Christina “Chrissy” Reyes, age 45, left this world on November 29, 2025, with her family holding her close. Her passing leaves a space that cannot be filled, but her love continues to echo through every life she touched.
Chrissy was born to Walter and Janet Olschewske, and from the beginning she carried a bright, steady light that drew people to her. She adored her mother, and she shared an especially deep and unwavering bond with her father, Walter. No matter how difficult life became, her love and loyalty to her dad never wavered. She looked up to him, protected him fiercely, and held a deep respect for him that shaped many of her convictions. To Chrissy, her father was strength, safety, and home.
Chrissy lost her mother Janet and her sister Michelle Rousseau far too soon, but she carried their memories with her every day. Their absence left a lasting mark on her heart, and her family finds comfort knowing they are reunited again.
For 27 years, Chrissy shared her life with her husband, William “Willie” Reyes, the man she loved through every high and every hardship. Together they built a life rooted in loyalty, perseverance, and deep devotion. Working side by side in their delivery business, Chrissy became the heart of the operation — the one offering early-morning pep talks, encouraging the team, and setting the standard for accountability, pride, and respect.
Chrissy poured her heart into her family. She was the proud mother of:
Nathaniel
Christian
Angelina
Tina
Willie Jr.
Ivelesse
Felix
Kassandra
Krystal
She welcomed her daughter-in-law Holly and son-in-law Nico (“Skol”) with warmth and sincerity.
Being “Nana” was one of Chrissy’s greatest joys. Her grandchildren were her light and her motivation:
Josiah
Gabriel
Prince
Aubrey
Leila
Ari
Nani
Sophia
Amelia
Vashti
Leviyah
Joy
Niyah
To them, she was comfort, laughter, and unconditional love — a safe place they could always return to.
Chrissy shared a deep and enduring bond with her siblings — her sister Amanda Passa and her brother Jeff Olschewske. She was not just a sister, but a protector, a confidant, and the keeper of family truths. She stood firmly by the people she loved and never hesitated to defend them.
Chrissy’s family relationships, like many, were not without complexity. She is also survived by her half-sister Glada, with whom she had a long-standing and unresolved rift. Chrissy was fiercely protective of her father and held firm, uncompromising beliefs about loyalty, respect, and how he should be treated. She stood by those convictions throughout her life and did not waver from them.
Beyond her immediate family, Chrissy leaves behind a large extended family of cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many friends. While not every name can be listed, each relationship mattered deeply to her. Chrissy had a way of making people feel seen, remembered, and valued, and her impact reached far beyond what words can capture.
Chrissy lived with strength, humor, and a depth of feeling that left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She loved fiercely, spoke honestly, and stood her ground when it mattered most. Even in her hardest moments, she found ways to care for others.
She is survived by her husband Willie, her children, her grandchildren, her beloved father Walter, her sister Amanda, her brother Jeff, and a wide circle of family and friends who will forever carry her memory forward.
Her absence is immeasurable.
But so is the love she leaves behind.
