Christine Marie Ezzell (Beaudreau), 62, passed away on February 23, 2026, in Plainfield, Connecticut. Born on July 14, 1963, in Norwich, Connecticut, Christine was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Christine graduated from Plainfield High School and continued her education at Quinebaug Valley Community College (QVCC). Throughout her career, she worked for several companies and was eagerly anticipating her retirement this year from The W.I. Clark Company in Plainfield. Her dedication and strong work ethic were evident in all she did.

On a rainy April 4th at the Moosup United Methodist Church, Christine married John Ezzell, beginning a cherished chapter of her life. She was known for her genuine love for people, a radiant smile that could brighten any room, and an unwavering devotion to her family. Her three grandchildren—Maxine, Henry, and Amelia—were the light of her life. She deeply treasured time spent with them and with her children: Alicia Larocque (Brunsdon) and her husband Kevin of Ashford; Zachary Ezzell and his wife Castine of Plainfield; and Ethan Ezzell and his wife Kayla of Canterbury.

Christine is also survived by her father, Maurice E. Beaudreau of Moosup; her brother John Beaudreau and his wife Cindy of North Grosvenordale; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother, Barbara G. Beaudreau.

Christine found joy in life’s simple pleasures—seaside dining along the water and visiting the sunflower fields at Buttonwoods were among her favorite pastimes. Her warmth and kindness left an indelible mark on all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the springtime; further details will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Christine’s honor to a cancer organization of choice.

May Christine’s memory bring comfort to all who loved her.
