Constance Sandorff, a resident of Spring Hill, Tennessee, 92, died peacefully in her sleep on January 13, 2026.
Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Martin F. Delmore and Jeannette Morin Delmore. Connie lived in Alaska, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina throughout her life, and in her later years, she lived with her son in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
Connie loved her hot tea and sitting in the sun. Throughout her life, she had family dogs, but she especially loved her Chihuahua “Cici”, who was with her for many years, along with her granddog “Buddy”, who never left her side. Connie had a close friendship with her sister-in-law, Ruth Delmore of Spring Hill, Tennessee, who cared for her as her health declined.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William V. Sandorff, and by her parents and siblings, Martin F. Delmore Jr. and Barbara Delmore.
She is survived by her devoted son William P. Sandorff of Spring Hill, Tennessee; daughter Susan (Sandorff) Murray and her husband Charles of Raleigh, North Carolina; son Martin A. Sandorff, grandchildren, Elizabeth and Sarah Sandorff, sister-in-law Ruth Delmore, and two nephews.
A graveside service will be held at Bethesda Cemetery in Aberdeen, North Carolina.
Oakes and Nichols Funeral Home in Columbia, Tennessee, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
