Obituary for Constance Sutton (Jones)

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Constance Sutton (Jones), who departed this life on March 7, 2026, in Norfolk, Virginia. She was born on August 3, 1964, and throughout her life she touched many people with her kindness, strength, and unforgettable spirit.

Constance was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished her family deeply. She leaves behind her loving children: Arlondo Sutton, Latoya Edmond (Sutton), Shemieka Sutton, and Dominique Gray.

She was also a proud grandmother to Kishona Talley (Sutton), Zakiya Stephenson, Quinton Perry, Alexus Jordan, Jenita Sutton, Nasir Gray, Arzarion Sutton, Zamari J. Sutton, and Zamir Sutton, and a beloved great-grandmother to Irys Talley and Onyx Talley.

Constance had a heart for others and found joy in cooking and helping those around her. She was known for her straightforward nature and her ability to make people laugh, leaving smiles and warm memories wherever she went. Her presence, wisdom, and humor will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on March 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM, at 2303 Marshall Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia 23504.
