Cora Boyer

Ms. Cora Eva Kate “Katy” Boyer, 71, of Bernville, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at her home on February 10, 2026.

Born on June 22, 1954, at Otis Air Force Base in Bourne, Massachusetts, Katy was the daughter of the late Wendell Neeb, Shirley I. Neeb and step-father Patrick J. Alfiero. She built a long and dedicated career as a Technical Service Specialist with Wells Fargo, where her professionalism and dedication left a lasting impression.

Katy was known for her vivacious personality and unmistakable sense of style. A true fashion enthusiast, she had a passion for clothing and shopping that reflected her unique flair. She was also a great seamstress, creating beautiful garments with skill and care. She enjoyed hanging with friends, dancing, relaxing by the pool, and enjoyed drives in her sports cars. Her cherished cats were constant companions who brought her great joy over the years.

She shared many years with her longtime partner, David (Swamp) Feinauer, creating countless memories filled with laughter and companionship.

Katy is lovingly remembered by her daughter Tiffany K. Mosser, Reading; her son Thomas K. Boyer and his wife Staci Boyer, Muhlenberg; and her sisters Laurel Iannelli wife of Michael “Todd” Iannelli , Morgantown and Pamela Wade, wife of Patrick Wade of Pacific Grove Cali. She was a proud grandmother to Kenneth M. Boyer (fiancé of Jessica Weigel), Payton J. Boyer, and Miles K. Boyer; and a delighted great-grandmother to Christina, Logan, and Weston Boyer.

Katy’s energy, and vibrant presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those who loved her and joy to those who recall her unmistakable spirit and sense of humor.

While the family will be holding private services, they invite friends and loved ones to join them in a Celebration of Life; Saturday March 7th 2026, at 1:00 pm at the 18th Ward Democratic Association in Reading.
